Do not immerse insoles in the water! Simply spot-clean with mild detergent and air dry.
Often foot orthotics can be transferred between similar types of shoes, except dress and heel shoes. We recommend using supportive insoles SUPINEVER 220+ lbs in loose-fitting shoes.
It is recommended to replace them every six months or so, depending on how you use the insoles.
You can feel the effect after the first week, in case you wear the insoles regularly. However, we strongly recommend starting with 2-3 hours per day, so your feet can get used to arch support. Then increase the time every day.
1. Take out your old insole.
2. Trim the new insole along the trim lines to the desired size.
3. Install a new insole on your shoes.
4. Check whether your foot is comfortable in shoes with a new insole.
Use insoles in wide shoes!
SUPPORT 220+ INSOLES
Orthotic insoles should never cause blisters, increase your current pain level, or cause new problems in your feet or knees. Mild discomfort can occur during the break-in period; however, they should not cause any more discomfort than when breaking into a new pair of shoes.
1. You may be uncomfortable wearing insoles for a long time, in the beginning, we suggest you start with 2-3 hours a day, and then gradually increase the wearing time until you are fully comfortable with it before you wear it all day.
2. If after one week you still feel uncomfortable this probably means that the arch support in the specific insole you are wearing is too high for your foot. Insoles should be very comfortable. In this case, contact us, and we will make a full refund or suggest another model, even if you trimmed the insoles.
Possible causes for squeaking or unwanted noise:
1. Friction between the hard TPU and shoe material. We would recommend trying the insoles in another pair of shoes/sneakers. Also, this issue can be solved by adding an interlayer (such as a napkin for ex.).
2. Using Powder. You will need foot powder, talcum powder, or baby powder. Just look around your house and see if you have any of the above to choose from. Remove the orthotic insert from your shoe. Take a slightly damp washcloth and wipe off both your insert and the inside of your shoe. Sprinkle the powder inside your shoe. Rub the powder in. Massage the foot powder around in your shoe. Focus on the area where the hard plastic of your orthotic contacts with the nylon or leather of your shoe. This area creates friction and is the most likely to make noise. Place the orthotic insert back into your shoe. Be sure that it is positioned correctly. Then, put your shoe on and take a few minutes to walk around on it. Hopefully, the squeaking has ceased!
3. You may have received a pair of defective insoles (it's rare but possible). If these solutions didn't help, please contact us, and we'll provide you with a refund or product.

BOOST BALANCE INSOLES
Our insoles are designed to improve foot support and stability, potentially reducing the risk of falls. However, they do not guarantee prevention of falls, as effectiveness depends on footwear, walking surfaces, and individual physical conditions.
Insoles support proper foot positioning, improving alignment of ankles, knees, and hips, reducing joint strain and enhancing posture.
